Moody Fall Shoot
Join us for an intimate elopement at Fraser River Lodge, Fall boho vibes. This work, submitted by Canadian photographer Michelle Chartrand is just blowing our minds.
This rain-filled styled bridal shoot was all of the edgy, romantic, and boho feels. Taken place at one of my favourite venues Fraser River Lodge in British Columbia, I was so excited to take advantage of the beautiful mountain views, and dreamy open field.
However, BC’s finest Fall weather came through, and it completely poured rain the entire day. The clouds and fog were covering all visible mountains, and water was just shooting out of the sky, I swear the biggest rain fall we’ve had this whole season! Now, it would have been understandable and completely predictable to reschedule, but I saw something romantic and moody about this downpour. I wanted to work with it! And the results we came out with were just awesome.
Dora and Bobby (real-life Vancouver couple), were the absolute perfect couple for my shoot. We started off snuggling in front of the cozy fireplace for some intimate + romantic vibes, and then ended by running through the pouring rain for some more adventurous, playful and authentic shots. I think this whole shoot represented how these two lovers are together so perfectly.
I could not have worked with better vendors for this, and am so thankful for all of them working so hard with me! I’m so happy my vision was able to come to life.
